The Renaissance Women’s Summit was born from a real need.

Not a marketing idea.
Not a trend.
A need.

A need for rooms where ambitious women could gather, learn, and grow together.
A need for honest conversations about what it actually takes to build something meaningful.
A need for proximity to other women who were building, stretching, risking, and becoming.

For more than a decade, that need has shaped the community around Renaissance.

about the summit

Where It All Began

In 2014, Renaissance Marketing Group was founded by Sydney Dozier.

What started as a small agency quickly became something bigger than just client work. It became a community of founders, creatives, and women building businesses with intention.

Over the last 10 years, that community has grown into podcasts, events, collaborations, and relationships that extend far beyond a single business.

The Renaissance Women’s Summit is an extension of that journey.

It is a gathering place for the women who believe in building something extraordinary and doing it alongside others who believe the same.

The Renaissance Woman Behind It

Sydney Dozier is not only the founder of Renaissance Marketing Group and the Renaissance Women’s Summit, she is also a founder who built her business from the ground up, learning, adapting, and growing in real time.

And in the early days, it was lonely.

As Sydney shares:

“In 2015, when I was just starting to build my business, I always craved community and rooms like this. It was lonely in those early days, and I knew that if I had access to other women entrepreneurs with the same level of ambition, passion, and interest in building something extraordinary, I could get where I wanted to go faster. I wanted women around me who lifted each other up, who shared openly, who didn’t gatekeep. Since starting my journey, proximity has become the one underlying factor in growing my business, my brand, and my awareness.”

That belief is the foundation of the Summit.

What Makes This Summit Different

We love a beautiful moment.
We love the energy, the excitement, the conversations, and yes, the occasional pink glitter and Instagrammable photo.

But what we really love is getting down to business.

Renaissance business.

This summit is not about fluff or surface-level inspiration.
It is about infrastructure.

Because the businesses that last are not built on motivation alone.
They are built on strong foundations.

This year’s Summit is focused on the infrastructure required to build a business that is strong, sustainable, and profitable.

Master the Infrastructure of a Renaissance Business

In 2026, the Renaissance Women’s Summit is centered around four essential pillars:

Building the right teams, relationships, and support system

people

Creating systems and workflows that allow your business to scale and breathe.

process

Understanding financial health, sustainability, and long-term growth.

profit

Positioning your brand, voice, and leadership with clarity and credibility.

perception

And all of this happens through proximity. Proximity to the women. The conversations. The ideas that change everything.

The Renaissance Definition (According to Us)

Renaissance Business
noun

A business built with intention, infrastructure, and alignment.

One that is profitable, sustainable, and supported by strong systems, strong relationships, and strong leadership.
A business that supports the life of its founder, rather than consuming it.
A business built in community, not isolation.

More Than an Event

The Renaissance Women’s Summit is not just a conference.

It is a room. A community. A moment in time where women step into the next version of themselves and their businesses. And for many, it is the first time they realize they were never meant to do this alone.
